This sensation is driving me nuts it feels like my mouth is being squeezed from both sides , it just will not go away.
It's worried me that much that I started dreaming about it, I'm sure my heart was racing and I woke up in a puddle of sweat too.....

oh and my bp is 173/112 with a 71 heart rate....
