Anxiety causing Nausea?

I feel sick nearly everyday , does anyone else get this?? I think my anxiety is weakening my immune system :(

Hi, I have suffered with this on and off for 3 years. It affects me mainly in the morning but can strike at any time of the day. I do suffer with IBS and reflux but am not sure if my nausea is down to these or not. It is really horrible .

I m the same I was getting sharp pains in tummy went to the doctors today and they said my stomach feels fine, now I have nausea and a bit of tummy pain it's a horrible symptom as you don't really know what causes it :(
