Hi! I haven't really been panicking for the last couple of weeks and I actually convinced myself that I was okay!...Until today that is. I was walking on campus to my councilors office not paying attention when my left foot caught under me like my toes dragged against the ground. Of course I didn't tripped but I did freeze in fear. Automatically my ultimate fear of ALS started cropping back up on me!

Is it normal for your foot to get caught under you at times? I am so scared right now :weep:

Yes it is normal and I would say everyone has done this at one time or another.

I do this a lot. It's absolutely normal, especially if you're not concentrating.

It's called being a "Klutz" and totally normal ;)
