Hi please help me. Imnew to this, its longstory but il keep it short. 6 months ago my sister was diagnosed at 41 yrs of age with waldenstroms macroglobulinaemia, a rare form of lymphoma in someone her age. It has destroyed me, and i have since developed real health anxiety. Every little twinge i have is cancer, and in my mind iv had it all. I was insanely stressed at the time of her diagnosis, which led to me feeling ill in the digestive area, with bloated feeling and short bout of constipation. I had full bloods, including esr and ferritin snd thyroid, all normal. I have gilbert syndrome for last 25 yrs. the thing is, i cannot stop prodding and poking at myself,it makes me so sore, which i think in turn causes these twinges that feel like theyre under my skin on abdomen. Has anyone elseever done this? Iv caused a sore rash by belly button by prodding, iv never been like this before, i feel so stupid and down. Pls dont think im mad, but i feel sometimes that i am
