Hello - I am new too!

Have suffered with general anxiety for nearly 7 years. Recently been diagnosed with OCD - Health Anxiety by the community psychiatric team, who were really helpful.

Really glad I have found this site as I now don't feel so alone. I have already been reassured by just reading one or two posts so feeling very optimistic about the future.

New Year's Resolution - I will control my OCD it will not control me.

Looking forward to meeting more of you soon.
