heart fear unmanageable anx pleae help

hi

i suffer severe health aniexty
iv been to hospital twice this week with chest pain had ecgs bloods and xray bt im convinced im going to drop dead at any second
i have literally just dosed up on diazapam today but i dont feel any better
im 24 female slighlty overweight
please help me i think im going insane

You are not going insane, but you are very anxious.

You are taking diazepam, so someone is precribing that. Can I ask who, and are they doing anything more to treat your anxiety?

It sounds like you need to be speaking to someone on a regular basis to get a handle on things. Is that possible?

Today been worrying about left arm stiffness-numbness.

You are very young, why do you have such worry?

How many diazepan are you on? And for how long?
