Hello, so my symptoms at its hardest are: feeling very light headed, slow heart rate 40-50 (This is really weird during panic attacks?), very strange pressure like feeling in my head and neck, and I feel like I could faint at any moment (never have though..) AND I'm tired 24/7 nowdays, I literally could sleep allday, everyday. Sometimes difficulty to breathe and some chest pains. And yes it has been diagnosed to be panic disorder, tried 7 different ssri medication so far and none of them helped (only made it worse). What do you think, is this even panic/anxiety disorder??
