Is it anything to be concerned about?
A warfarin user for over 2 years my latest blood tests show a mildly decreased renal function
I've been on a health kick the last month plenty of exercise and a high protein diet, I'm hoping its the diet that's skewed the figures
Anyone any experience of this? I don't need anything else to get anxious about

I have had a decreasing kidney function for five years now and it has not affected me in the slightest and my GP is certainly not worried about it. I think it is because I am on perindopril for my heart problems and this is a known side effect. I am sure your GP will tell you not to worry.

Thank you frankie123, much appreciated
Honestly think I've overdone the high protein diet lately which may have skewed the figures slightly
But thanks again for putting my mind at rest 👍

*** update***
Just had more blood tests Done and just made an appointment with a practice nurse to discuss the results
Does the fact that it's a practice nurse and the appointment is in a months time mean it's not an urgent matter and I can stop worrying so much
I know health anxiety is silly and im trying to stop worrying easier said than done though
Bizarrely after a month of regular gym visits im feeling in good shape 😊
