What's the worst anxiety symptom you have or do suffer from?

The fear of having a panic attack as it controls me

I'd say grinding my teeth. I think I do it some during the night, but I mainly do it during the day, even though I'm not always aware of it. It's bad for my teeth, gives me jaw/headaches, and I'm concerned about TMJ. It's a nasty byproduct of my anxiety.

Headaches has to be the worst for me, especially as they then bring on other symptoms.

The worst ones I've had to date was constantly shaking, having a lump in my throat for months, and developing a phobia of cats and escalators.

At the moment my worst anxiety symptoms are what appears to be IBS and frequently blanking out, interrupting whatever I'm doing.

Hm, I'm not sure.

I think one of the most uncomfortable symptoms was the cold. It felt like someone had turned a cold tap on inside of my veins, and I couldn't warm up.

The most distressing one was the internal buzzing.

I thought it would be a good idea to see how many different symptoms different people actually have

Looks like the list really is endless

The strange overwhelming panic feeling is probably mine.

I went through a time where I'd have these bizarre 'head zap' things as well. Before I explained them to a doctor, I was terrified they were mini seizures or something.

For me, it's definitely the dizziness/off-balance/lightheaded sensation...I hate feeling as though I'm going to fall over at any minute (although, guess what? I never have...go figure!)...I always start to obsess about my heart when this symptom gets worse (my current health anxiety fixation is heart disease/failure/attack....at least I don't think I have a brain tumor or meningitis anymore)...ugh
