Introduce myself

Hello i would just like to introduce myself to you all.
I am 36 years old and have been struggling with anxiety and deppression for 4-5yrs now. I found out today that i actually had methaphobia which i didnt even no about. i have been in doors know for about 3 months and have been having trouble with eating and worrying the whole time about being sick. I know there is alot of people who share this problem and wondered if anyone had any advice for me amd other suffers.
