Worried about food poisoning/leaving food out for a short time?

Hi guys, don't know if this is the right place to post this.

I have a very irrational fear of eating food that's been left out for short amounts of time, and I'm not talking about 24 hours (which would be rational, personally), but 1-3 hours.

Earlier I ordered a pizza and just now ate some more, 2 hours after it arrived. I'm now I'm crapping my pants because I'm really worried I'll get ill from it. I know 2 or so hours isn't normally considered a problem but I'm feeling my stomach start to hurt a little bit. It's probably the anxiety but I just can't get the worry out of my head.

Any advice would be really appreciated :(

Advice?... I don't know if you can based on your fears but there's no need to worry! A pizza left out at room temp for a couple of hours is fine. Heck, pizza at Sabarro is left out longer than that! and I've eaten cold pizza left out all night for breakfast the next morning pretty much all through college!
