White spot at back of throat

Hi all,

I suffer from episodes of severe irrational thoughts. My main fear in life is dying from some deadly illness. Stupid I know, especially as I'm only 22... i recently noticed an uncomfortable white lump at the back of my throat and I worry it's some deadly disease. I don't feel too great either energy wise. I get scared so easily, how can I calm myself.

Go to the doctor and get a throat swab done. White spots at the back of the throat can mean many things but not of them are life threatening.
Could be mono, strep throat, or just a viral infection.
Either way its good to get the blood work done and the throat swab done for the mono.
