BIG DECISION IVE MADE TODAY

After feeeling really really down over xmas ive made a decision to go back to work.
I used to be a community carer until 18 months ago and ive now decided for my own sanity that its time i put myself to the test and try to go back.
Ive been in contact with one of my old workmates and shes suggested for me to do just a few local calls to see how i go on.
So im taking the bull by the horns and ringing up where i used to work tomorrow. Im still employed by them, so it shouldnt be a problem hopefully.
Id work voluntary if need be, but i need to do something to occupy my mind and give me back my confidence.
The support ive had from this site has been amazing. Thank you all so much.
