Steph :) stressfactor!

hey im steph im 20 years old and recently suffer from very bad over all anxiety . Ive joined this as im hoping to find people who have similar symptoms and can help me realise im not going to die because of them. Often i feel i cant breathe and as if i have a lump in my throat or my tongue really aches. im very hypersentive and feel every little think in my body even swallowing, no one really understand and just thinks im being silly and part of me knows i wont stop breathing however it can feel so really and i genuinely do feel a lump or pain in my throat but there's noting there. I think my anxiety is causing gastro problems and I keep having panic attacks when ever im alone or outside.

any other people sufferer from this
