Guys is feeling really agitated a symptom? Like not just not being able to rest or sit still? I didn't get any sleep last night at all so I thought Id sleep well tonight but I'm feel so agitated and fidgety. I want to be back to my normal self. Now I can't even lie on the sofa without my legs feeling prickly and fidgety.

Can you stomp some of it off?
It's adrenaline causing the fight it flight sensation, so try walking up and down the stairs, or even round the block - fast enough to get your heart rate up.
It works, I can assure you.x

Yes... One of the ways I know my "scanxiety" is kicking in is what I get irritable at some of the silliest things.
