I seem to get this when I look at blank things and the mre if paid attention to it the more iv noticed it on everything else so I'm not sire if its getting worse

Do you mean floaters? like little things in your vision?

I couldn't describe this until I read a post the other day which said "its like a bad TV reception" ... Usually on blank things I see this and things in the distance. Is that normal?

I have it its visual snow

I get wiggley black things in my vision sometimes.

I think it is an anxiety thing, but if your worried see your optician :)
