im starting to really panic my tongue feels weird, swelled and sore! the doctors said its due to anxiety but ive never heard of this has anyone else? I'm really scared it will make me stop breathing, although im fine physically and had a ENT check up with a camera up my nose which found nothing but a healthy throat and nose i still worry if this is a normal symptom of anxiety?
