any1 had feeling of swollowing there tongue help

I'm just in bed watching telly and I've just got this feeling that I'm gonna swollow my tongue is this anxitey its horrible :(

I've not experienced this but I've seen it before - I can't imagine what it would feel like. It's impossible to actually swallow you're tongue unless you are in a deep unconsciousness, for example from a head injury or being thrown to the ground. Perhaps it's your gag reflex playing up due to anxiety?
