Hi everyone,
Recently my asthma has been playing up. Coupled with feeling absolutely EXHAUSTED from the moment I get up to the moment I go to sleep and the constant dizziness and occasional chest pain, I have developed bad worries that I have heart failure. I find it scary to walk to the other side of the office as my legs are so weak I think I will collapse.
I am terrified now and when I went to the doctors after 6 weeks of having a tight chest he just said take your blue inhaler more and ushered me out as quickly as possible.
Any calming advice welcome!!
