basically ive come to the conclusion it makes no sense whatsoever ive had times when ive felt awful and its been perfect then ive had times when ive felt mentally and physically great and its stayed high all week

I felt terribley agitated at docs today and it was perfect!!!

its never being took again all it does is fuel worry

i thought to myself the other day i know loads of older unhealthy people and they don't have anymore health problems than the health freek ones if anything the health freak ones are always poorly etc its just all a load of tosh im gonna do my bit of cardio every day as it helps my mind, and everything in moderation

Do you have a BP machine of your own? If so, get rid of it! :)

I agree. If you think about it, docotrs don't take your BP every day...which we can do if we have a BP machine at home. It just makes us crazy to do it so often, so you have a good attitude to this Kris, there's no point in making ourselves feel worse about our health than is necessary. I stopped using my home machine a long time ago!
