Read about a symptom them feel it for days ?

I'm concerned that I have read about a symptoms yesterday and almost immediately I could feel it. I still can today......

Has anyone else experienced this ?

Yes! I do this as well - to the point where I now try to steer clear of Dr Google as I know it will trigger "symptoms". Good luck and try not to worry x
