my new baby

today my dad bought me a new puppy, a Siberian Husky female. I had a husky not so long ago named Dakota, it passed away a few years ago and the passing has left a whole in my heart. so my dad surprised me with a new husky, I have gone threw a lot this passed year and siting at work thinking of a new name for my new precious baby, and I thought I have lost so much hope in myself and in my future that I needed something to keep on reminding me that there is still hope out there, so I named my new puppy Hope. here is to new beginnings:yahoo:

Thats a great name for a dog.

They can be so good for anxiety. Mine would spend more time around me when I was feeling much worse, they seem to pick up on our emotions.

They also seem to have a calming and motivating effect given the studies of their use in children with mental health problems and end stage patients.

That's lovely. I'd love a dog but I'm out too much and wouldn't be able to take it on enough walks. I got a cat and he does keep me company but not as much as a dog would.

Animals definitely help.
