Morning
So today I woke up and noticed it was light outside and thought woooow had slept through. Normally wake up around 6/7 however it was 09:15.
Felt ok. Got up driving to the stables then I felt an itch and had to investigate. Then I was checking my eyes to make sure they were ok. I worry I will have a yellow tint to them as lots of illnesses I worry about have this as a symptom. I maybe checked 20 times on a fifteen min journey.
I arrive at the yard and start belly rumbling and sweating basically having thought of what if and what would happen etc.
Unable to calm myself I get in the car after finishing what needed to be done and come home.
I have had a 2mg diazepam and now feel guilty whilst laying on the sofa for not being able to chill myself out.
Feeling tired and had stomach pain left side mainly bottom or rib cage down. No runny or strange bowl movements just the pain same as last night. Has anyone else felt pain in the belly and lots of burping ?
