stars in my eyes freaking out

Hi Guys and Girls.

The only way i can explain this is I just blew my nose about 10 minutes ago i had a bit of a crying sesh and straight after i blew my nose i had what can only be described as stars and twinkles in my eyes for about 1 minute after it. Im freaking out in case i have blown up something in my head ( how daft that sounds)

Has anyone else experienced this??

I sneezed before and the same thing happened :) I don't know what it is but I'm fine :)

Oh that's good well it not but im so glad im not the only 1 this has happened to :)

Yes! It's perfectly normal and usually to do with the pressure of blowing your nose/standing up too quick. I used to get it a lot when I played sport.
