Dizzyness!

Hello, i havent posted in a while but last night my i went to sleep fine, woke up to feed my son and i felt really dizzy and again when id fallen asleep and woken again, ive been fine all day and now im feeling dizzy again, feeling dizzy is one of the main things that makes my anxiety hit the roof! does anybody else get dizzy and then anxiety keeps making it happen after? tia x
