YOu definitely have anxiety, are you new to anxiety as a lot of your posts are definitely anxiety related twitches but ones that if you're not new to anxiety you wouldn't post about as you would have had them for years! ;)

No twitches are relatively new form of anxiety for me. My main ones before were lymphoma worries and heart worries. Now its brain tumou worries and twitching in all of my muscles

My back feels like its on fire right now. Extreme burning sensation. Doctors can't figure it out. Lots of post nasal drip too. I feel like my clothes could rip my skin off I feel so warm. Is this how your feeling?

Hi Daryl,

This is from extreme, constant tension. Adrenaline is released into the muscles causing them to get tight and also the tension you add on top of this makes them even tighter.

I have it right now in my calf mucles. I dont even pay it any attention as I know its from tension.
