Nausea..worried about stomach or pancreatic cancer

Hello, for the past few weeks, off and on, I have been getting nausea with a lump in my throat. I have worked myself up into a frenzy thinking I now have the early stages of stomach or pancreatic cancer.:-( I feel depressed today as I know my end is near and I will have to leave my young daughters without a mother.

Nausea and a lump in the throat are both classic signs of anxiety.
There is no reason to think you have cancer, so try not to panic.x
