Hi guys, was walking my dog earlier and she started to really pull on the lead and when i was pulling her back i noticed a sort of pain very top of the groin or maybe my pelvic area, now when i push in the area i can feel a pain, no lumps and it is just a slight pain/strain, any idea on what this could be? Did go for a run last night maybe it is a pulled muscle but if it is in the pelvis area then i am quite worried

Hey, I would say this is muscular. I always feel those sort of pains after exercise for the first few days. Get some heat on it and give it a good 'ol massage. After a few days it should ease, if not see your GP but I certainly wouldn't be worried if this was me and I worry about EVERYTHING! :D
