Feel like a mess - stroke fear

Hello all,

Hope your all ok?

Started a new job last week and really like it so far even though the job entails me getting up a tad earlier then usual and it's a very busy role.

For the last 2 weeks I've had (on my left side) a really heavy feeling in my leg, foot and hand. I notice I have had such cold feet and hands.

I took 5mg of diazepan to help me calm down but it's still there :-(

I feel like I need to keep twitching or moving my leg and hand as I feel they are numb or hard like.

Im really really scared.....

I'm indoors now and I'm not cold.

And now my heart is beating fast :-( even though I've just took the rest of the 2.5mg of diazepan :-(

Possibly bad circulation and or stress.
Does it help if you massage your limbs.

Oh gosh; isn't bad circulation bad?

No it does not help unfortunately: it does not help that my hand feels the same so can make it hard for me to run if tha makes sense.

When I get this I just can't stay still; like I consciously move my feet and hands, to try and get some normality back, this is what makes me panic xxx

When this happens my left leg and hand feel like they are tensing up, almost like hard feeling
