hey i was wondering does anyone else get when they lie down there heart beats quicker like palputations i have been on an ecg machine twice and it came back find i just find this hard to believe its just anxiety

hi kelly nice to here from you, my names joanne, i suffer from anxiety but i am getting alot better now, my biggest fear getting the anxiety was feeling my heart beating like i am feeling every beat and it makes me anxious, and if i concentrate on it it goes faster, if i drink when i get up through the night my heart races like a palpatation which is really scary, i can hear it especially when i lie down, i dont think i will ever not be scared of my heart beating, it would be nice to hear from you x email me x
