I am a 32 year old healthy female. About 3 weeks ago, I started having pain in my left shoulder. It hurts to raise above my head, blow dry mine or my daughters hair. Pain seems to be on the front of my shoulder. Does hurt at night if I wake up or lie on that side. No swelling noted. I am not sure what I did, but I do pick up my twins all day, every day! Asking for suggestions. Thanks!
