Hi ya I have just joined hoping to be able to chat with people with similar experiences it's great to know I am not alone as finding it hard to communicate with my family about anxiety and how it's impacting on my life

welcome to nmp. sorry that you have what we all have - anxiety.
you will find loads of support on here and talking to others with the same problems is really helpful i find. The last 4 years have been a bit easier thanks to this site.:)
