Burning sensation and post nasal drip

Hi! Posted this in the health section as well. Since June I've had a burning sensation in my back. It's so bad that I feel like my clothes are going to rip my skin off. I also have had thick clear post nasal drip. All started after having an anxiety attack and also around allergy season. Doctors have no idea what's causing it and think maybe heartburn. Heartburn medicine has now making me have vomit burps which I wasn't doing before taking it. Zyrtec, nasal steriods, lung steriods and prednisone haven't helped. Just wondering if its anxiety. Doctor says I have a vocal cord disfuntion which I didn't have before this started. Burning is so bad an barely ever disappears. Non stop since June with no answers.

I had a bad bout of post nasal drip too this past summer. Honestly lasted about 3 or 4 months before it finally went away. Every-time I inhaled I had a reflexive urge to cough. I don't know if this is similar to what you have? I think post nasal drip/getting sick in general was attributed to my insomnia and lack of sleep over the past year.

I didn't take anything for my post nasal drip, it just kinda went away after several months. Hang in there!

I've had constant post nasal drip. I've taken decongestants, antihistamines, steriods nothing's helped. Kinda wondering if stress could cause it?
