Spots on Arm?

My blood tests recently came back positive for Mono, but this symptom developed over night. I woke up and my arm was covered in little red spots, not a rash but it looked like burst blood vessels. My arm was numb from sleeping on it in the middle of the night. Could that be it?

They're red pin pricks, and came quite suddenly.

No. They've been there all day.

Perhaps you should speak to a doctor, could be nothing but worth it if you're worried. If it's pin prick little red dots over your upper body and arms, everyone has these but I can't remember what they're called.

They seemed to have darkened a bit. I definitely want to see the doc though. Damn google had to get me going on the leukemia bandwagon today because I have mono too, which could be a false positive blood test from leukemia.

Ugh.
