Stomach pain and small amount of blood in urine.

I suffer from health anxiety, I have stomach pain and a small about of blood in urine. Doctor said it's probably an infection. I am convinced it's cancer and I will leave behind my family. I am really frightened. The doctor phoned me up today to ask if I had handed in the sample. This gave me a panic attack. Why would he phone up, he obviously thinks it serious. Please help me.

You have to trust the doctor on this one and go along with what they say.

These days GPs are quick to deal with this type of thing.
I have had this happen to me .
I had panic attack about the same thing as you when the GP rang me up.
It turned out to be an infection. Hope you go on ok Rob :hugs:

That's the sign of a good doctor--they act prudently with an abundance of caution.

I imagine your doc thinks you have some sort of benign infection that needs to be treated.
