It can and does go away - i'm going through a rough patch myself. But i have been in a bad place before and got through, so I will again this time. And so will you. Are you getting any help at the moment?

no. about 10 years ago I tried. but it didn't work.

I just hide now. try not to do anything.

it's starting to subside luckily. I think.

but that's my problem. I think. and it makes me scared!
