Hi to anyone reading this!
I have been a "spectator" of the site for a while now and I have found some great comfort in knowing I'm not alone in a lot of things, so thanks!
I have dealt with PTSD and anxiety for around 4-5 years and had counselling, CBT and finally turned to medication (Citalopram) when things got the better of me last year.
Hoping to come off medication gradually and thought now would be a good time to hear about and discuss other people's experiences.
Once I figure out this forum I will be posting soon I'm sure.
