hello there,has any one noticed,when you have a certain ha against something,it seems to pop up more than it would,for example you would see a sign for cancer on the back of the bus,or your worried you have HIV and something comes up in the newspaper about it....

It's because you're aware of it. If your HA was on something else you would notice that more instead.

Oh, yes.

I think it's just that we're hyper-aware of these things. So, obviously, they were around us as much before but now, because we're aware of them so much more, we noticed them and think it's a sign following us. :lac:

I recall during my MS fears, I was out in town, doing a spot of shopping, and what did I see? People collecting for an MS charity. :doh:

Recently, I opened up a magazine supplement from my newspaper and included was an article about health anxiety. I felt like I was reading about myself, and I feel that was a sign! :winks:
