I was just wondering if anybody has gone through a period of taking sertaline and what they have experienced when coming off them. I did a month of citalopram then a month on a higher dose of citalopram then a month 50mg sertaline a month 100mg and then 2 weeks 150mg and also doing Cbt. I don't think I felt in anyway better on any of the days I had took a pill. I have now stopped taking them and feel loads better! Booking an appointment to let my doctor know I have stopped taking them. I really can't see myself going back onto the pills only unless I have to gradually lower them to come off the sertaline. Cannot believe the difference in how I feel :D.
