scared of colon cancer symptoms

Im 27 and for past two months on off I sometimes get really bad stomach aches and diarrhea. Past few weeks I get really constipated and have very skinny stools I'm really worried it's colon cancer

It is probably IBS or something like that but you would need to speak to a doctor about it of course.
