Scared to get help

I'm so scared to go to the doctors because I can just see him telling me I'm going to die or I have some horrible thing I can't find anyway around my symptoms and I'm to young to drive so I can't just go in my own this is my only help the worst part is that if I am sick I can't hide it from anyone and just mind my own businessi have to tell my parents what is wrong so they can take me and it just scares me so badly I don't want to panick anyone that I love

Water, if you're too young to drive then you're too young to die. Take this from someone whohas been thinking the same thoughts since she was in her 20's when she had her first taste of what hypochondria...health anxiety...can do to a body, and who is now 61 years old and still having the same aanxious thoughts. 40 years of it. Please don't let yourself go down the same road ok? Don't do it to yourself. Best wishes.
