Hey everyone, just joined this site and thought I'd introduce myself, my name is Gemma, I'm 22 years old and I have been suffering with anxiety (mainly social) for about 7 years now. I thought it might be a good idea to talk to other people who have it too because I'm the only person that has it in my life. I have been struggling for a long time but the last few months I have been trying to get a hold on it. I won't babble on because you'll get bored but I just wanted to say hey! :D
