Swollen hands

Happens every once in a while just wondering if it happens to anyone else. My hands feel very swollen sometimes itchy. It's usually in the morning when it happens. Does anyone know why this happens or how to stop it? Should I be worried? I recently had a sonogram of my heart and they said everything is fine with it.

Im not a dr...but from experience I would say maybe too much salt in your diet..or maybe foods such as sausage or bacon that might be causing it although it could just be dry skin and morning stiffness. I know my hands get like that even my arms when I have eaten too much salty foods but I don't think its anything serious..but just my opinion. Hope you feel better soon.
