Hi everyone,

My name is Lauren and I am 26 years old. I have 2 children, 6 years and 7 months and since the birth of my youngest u have suffered panic attacks and anxiety.

At the moment it is ruling my life and I am needing to tackle it! I feel a bit unmotivated though and I have lost the energy behind my determination.

I currently take 30ng amitriptyline and I am on a waiting list for councilling but it's taking ages!
