Wanting to reach out to others

Hi everyone, I am a long term and chronic sufferer of Derealization Disorder - a fairly undocumented condition in the UK. I was recently diagnosed after trying to battle and struggle on for many years. I am now under a CBT therapist, taking SSRI's and seeing a psychiatrist. I am blogging a first hand account of how it feels to cope with a mental illness and want to reach out to as many other sufferers as possible - regardless of the condition.
