heart is beating hard most of the time????

does anyone have it where it feels like your heart is constantly beating alot harder than it should be? Even when my heart beats about 70-80 beats it still beats alot harder than normal its freaking me out. Are these palpitations??? Its scaring me

Palpitations are any heartbeat which you can feel, so yes.

Of course, you should get checked by a doctor but I've never read of harder heartbeats at a normal rate being a symptom of anything in particular.

Perhaps it's a reaction to some medicine?
