View Full Version : Newer Symptoms
Sorry if this is a repeat. I was diagnosed with panic attack disorder , my question is, now I am having what feels like a bruised chest, sore neck and back which has been happening for days/weeks does anyone else experience these types of symptoms, oh and I seem to focus on my breathing more which makes me feel short of breath when I do.
Thanks everyone
Est.
Its all part of the panic attack we tighten our mussels when we panic or get stressed which will make them sore. Faster breathing also ties in to panic too, has your doctor prescribed you any thing to help
I was reading about scalene muscles last night, and their connection with breathing and chest and upper back pain, as well as their connections with emotions and sleep.
Basically, tension tends to affect them hugely, and in turn, they can cause anxiety when they are tight.
