I know this sounds so ridiculous but I'm very anxious, I've got pressure in head off balance tight neck and shoulders but what's worrying me is I almost feel like my head is numb it feels awful and I'm scared any advice please I feel like ears are blocked and head fuzzy Could cry

Sounds exactly like me. I do have fluid in one ear and that sounds like what yours could be. Go and get yourself checked to see if you have an ear infection. I could have written your comment. I've had massage tonight. Hope I'm feeling better tomorrow as my muscles were tight. Let me know how you get on.

Hi Julia, that head pressure could well be from your tight neck/shoulder muscles.Good advice from Paranoidjh as well that it might be ear infection.
