I stumbled on here when I did a trawl for 'heaviness on the head'. I had problem.this for some years but instead of going down the medical route I went down the alternative route. I did a lot of research and studied therapies and I finally realised that I what I was experiencing was psychic attack. It took me a while, but now I am able to manage this situation reasonably well.
I feel many people may also be suffering from psychic attack but don't realise it and go down the conventional route but end up getting no resolution to their problems. A spiritual problem needs a spiritual answer.
