whole neck upwards now going red!!

hi are others going red in this weather my hands feel heavy and itchy and from my neck upwards im going like a beetroot and ofcourse cuz I notice it it lingers

I thought it was after a pint or two but it does it after I eat or anything
also my nose feels like its got a lot of pressure at times

the first step is to relax, if you are saying that after you eat its becoming that way than maybe you have allergies. im not a doctor but I can honestly tell you that it sounds like allergies.
